RSVP Here for Fig Herbal Oxymel Medicine Making Class with our Herbalist-in-Residence.
Fig season means it’s time to bring some medicinal sweetness into our apothecary and our culinary toolkit! Come and learn about the properties of figs and aromatic herbs that create the perfect elixir.
In this class, we will be making an herbal fig oxymel that preserves the sweetness of the fig and can be added to any cocktail or vinaigrette!
